We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@beam-balm.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos - we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return shipping charge to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items that have been opened or used may not be eligible unless faulty. We'll always tell you before you ship anything back.

Return shipping (unless the item was damaged or incorrect) is the customer's responsibility.
