Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link - check your inbox (and spam folder) for it.

Check your status anytime

1. Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link; or
2. Reply to that email, or contact us at support@beam-balm.com with your order number and we'll look it up.

Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days after processing. If it's been longer, email us - we'll chase it down.
